In addition to your regular classes, BridgeEnglish organizes a wide range of social activities and excursions to enhance your English Immersion experience. These activities are hosted by an English teacher so you will be able to practice your English outside of the classroom, while having fun and getting to know Denver and the surrounding area! |
Weekend Excursions |

Every weekend, BridgeEnglish plans a day trip to an area attraction. The activities are open to all students and include all trip fees (except lunches). BridgeEnglish teachers will prepare the itinerary, provide transportation, and give you a great tour of the attraction! You’ll spend the entire day practicing English and learning new vocabulary words with your classmates. |

Open year-round, the Denver Zoo is home to more than 4,000 animals and is considered one of the top 10 zoos in the country! Visitors are treated to a rare glimpse of such exotic animals as komodo dragons, black rhinos, polar bears, African wild dogs, maned wolves, king cobras, vampire bats, gorillas, and more!
